Harriet Fearn leads Data Improvement Across Government, a programme designed to improve the way government uses and shares data to support vulnerable children and families. This is a cross-government programme and is led by the Department for Education. Prior to this Harriet has worked in the Home Office leading a multi-disciplinary analytical team research immigration.
Prior to joining the Civil Service Harriet worked in analytical roles exploring rehabilitation of offenders, women and children’s recovery from domestic violence, and the impact of internet hate crime on victim groups.
